If Paolo wants to be considered a good manager, he has to learn to manage the resources he has rather than just want to spend his way out of the league.

Personally, I think PDC should focus on why we are picking up injuries so regularly in the first place.
Are we really picking up injuries at an unusual frequency? We currently have three players out, which seems pretty unexceptional to me. The fact that it's three of our best performers may be related to the fact that they've played nearly every game, which means that for all Paolo's rotations, we currently seem to be over-reliant on the same three or four core players. Now's the time for Paolo to prove he's a great manager and use the quality he's assembled. It's what a squad's there for.
How many League 1 managers could replace Williams, McCormack and Roberts with reserves of the calibre of Benson/Rooney, Flint/TAH/Devera and De Vita/Storey? (OK, so we may be a winger light...).
