We are gonna put a lawn down, I just have to shift about 300 tonnes of gravel first - it's the gravel they are dumping on. I now realise why the previous owners had so many spiky trees and bushes out the front (which I have since ripped out).

300 tonnes of gravel? Do you live in a quarry? couldn't you rent a little digger and a skip to shift that?

Must have been wrong as you can't hear it in use. There is a test button that emits a sound but that's simply to test the battery.
Don't think his was a sensor one it just screeched for a few seconds every minute or so. It was loud enough to hear in doors if the windows were open so after telling my neighbour several times he took it away. Also tried the lion dung and seemed to work for a while then made no difference at all. Wiggys method of a super soaker is now my choice of weapon  Angry

If I don't want to have cat shit on my garden, how would putting down shit from a bigger cat help? Ok, it may stop them but I still end up in the shit (so to speak).

I hope you're fast as you have to obtain it yourself.
