Perfection is not attainable

The funny thing is that a lot of there fans don’t think he should be playing as he plays in league 2. Think some need to learn about the English pyramid. League 2 will be miles ahead of the Ghanaian league where their other keeper plays.
I haven't read any fan reaction TBH but a good keeper is a good keeper at any level, and yes of course L2 is a much better standard than the leagues in Ghana, with no disrespect to Ghana.

Well it’s outside the top 100 in the IFFHS rankings and with even the league of Wales at number 88 I think it’s a fair assumption to make as league 2 is definitely a higher standard than that.

My ex came from Ghana and yes I have seen a fair bit of football at that level and it is as suggested its quality is about National League level, so maybe you should check before making obviously snidey remarks.

All it takes a little google anyway to see highlights of 2 of the best sides in Ghana, Heart of Oaks being my 2nd team.

So you think Joho Wollacott is "just a L2 level" keeper?

Jojo looking very calm and collected so far. The game quality is awful though.

I watched about 20 mins of that 1st half and Jojo looked really assured so far kept a clean sheet for at least the first 45 mins of his international debut.

Hes been kicking it long a lot more than he would with us but his shorter/mid range passing distribution to the midfield has been excellent even if his longer kicks havent been as successful.

He can be proud of that 1st half.

Tbf, one of the worries pre FGR was Ward’s distribution - which turned out to be excellent. He’ll feel hard done by if he’s dropped for Rochdale.

I’m actually looking forward to the Plymouth game.

I am intreagued as to see how the fringe players again perform, Dabre, Aguiar, Parsons, East, JML and probably Baudry and Lyden too.

Plymouth were beaten 2-0 by Newport in the last game and played pretty much an entire rotated side from their previous game so probably arent taking the games that seriously.

Garner has stated before he will treat the Trophy as a proper 1st team fixture though even if many fans are not keen on the matches. He said its a good way to earn money and have a trip to Wembley if successful.

Also might be nice to win another cup game!

Probably a line up a similar line up to the Arsenal game which was Ward, Odimayo, Iandolo (C), Crichlow, Mitchell-Lawson, Gilbert, Hunt, East, Aguiar, Parsons, Dabre.

Although obvious absentees would be Gilbert and either Crich or Odimayo being replaced by Lyden and Baudry respectively.

Jojo just had a 49th min penalty scored against him so no clean sheet debut.
