Putting it bluntly if the business model was easy more clubs would be doing it - there will always be a degree of taking a punt on the unknown - happily to date Power has shown himself to be pretty good at this!

I think our choice of striking options has hugely been improved upon with Ajose and Thomas added to Obika and Hylton.

We have an abundance of riches in midfield.

My only real concern is the make do and mend approach when it comes to defensive cover.

All things considered we have a mighty fine squad and POs should be the minimum.

Do well again this year, and I think LP will be selling consultancy services!

What's everyone's starting XI now?

Vigouroux
Thompson - Branco - Williams - Turnbull
Kasim - Rodgers
Ajose - Robert - Thomas
Obika

With Ajose and Thomas being the wingers. Although, I'd probably play the Estonian winger in the starting XI if he signs up. Ajose won't be fully match fit yet either.

No Traore ? I would say he has been superb since coming back from injury.

Cannot, just cannot, leave Traore out.

                       Vigoroux
Boo  Turnbull    Branco   Thompson
                  Traore  Kasim
Pyjamas  Robert    Ajose
                  Obika

Fuck - I forgot Jordan Williams but who do I leave out?

Going only on what I've read from match reports, having not seen any matches since the Play Off Final, I'd leave out Kasim because he's made it abundantly clear that he wants to go and he'll almost certainly be sold in January anyway. (Having said that, if we want a lot of money for him then not playing him is hardly going to push his value up).

From what I've seen of Rodgers so far (only highlights of course, but that includes a couple of fabulous goals) he deserves a long run out. I'd play Williams in defence instead of Branco, only because whenever I've seen Branco play he gives me the jitters.

And Jordan Stewart. I'd play your formation, but drop Obika, play Ajose in his place and put Stewart on the left.

Cant leave Branco out. In good form, and our enforcer when other sides have bully boy strikers.

Branco's come good. Just as I knew he would.

I reckon Traore was brought in as Kasim's replacement but they're in a quandary now he's still here.

If I had to choose - Traore every time
