That's our main, possibly only, player with a bit of creativity gone.  Whilst he he didn't live up to expectations he would have been a key player for us next season.

Probably would have been able to keep him if he was on a regular wage, cheers JW

Williams was far more creative than Roberts. Alright it was in a less graceful way and the opportunities he set up for himself were usually squandered but Roberts had what... 3 good games for us, at best?

Creative for himself, yes definately but not for the team though.

Williams chipped in with 5 assists in L1 but a further 4 in cup competitions.

Just in L1
Ritchie 9
Roberts 8
Williams 5
Ferry 4
Flint 3
McCormack 3
Miller 3
Hollands 2
Thompson 2
McEveley 2
Luongo 1
Bostock 1
L.Rooney 1
Martin 1
Byrne 1
Collins 1
Devera 1
Benson 1

...I know he didnt play much but not a single assist for A.Rooney seems a bit surprising...

Ummmm I'll change my point to focus about creativity from midfield then.

We have none left and we will need some from new signings

Duffy's a decent player. Anyone snapped him up?

Not true. He opens up so much space in the opposition half, drawing defenders all over the place.

Yeah that's the only difference, although he did help out a bit and he did draw defenders out with his headless chicken runs. It's such a shame his form dipped so dramatically, he looked like a world beater in the 1st half of the season.

He most definitely did not live up to expectations, so why do you think it would have been any different this coming season?

More proof of PDC's poor player recruitment policy

As with any prediction its guesswork, his performances under KMac were much better than under PDC though.

Good riddance to the jug eared clown. One of the most overrated players to wear the shirt.

His 2 performances against Brentford in the PO's were nothing short of despicable.

Not true. He opens up so much space in the opposition half, drawing defenders all over the place.

Good point if he then actually passed rather than run towards the goal head down, ignore teammates exploiting that space and then shoot from any angle.

He could tear a hole in this league if he changes
