I'm sat here laughing in a James Bond evil baddie style about the potential havoc we could create on our pursuit to League One promotion.

Didn't Swansea, under toshack, go from 4th to 1st, pre Prem days, in successive seasons?

I am pretty sure it took them 2 seasons to get promoted to the top division hence taking 4 years not 3 to climb....I could be wrong.......but saying that their demise was equally as swift in returning to the bottom league a couple of years later.

If you were to name a 22 man squad now, with 2 players per position, I think Giles Coke would probably come in 23rd, and he os a good player at this level. Wonderful stuff

Didn't Northampton go from the 4th to the 1st and then 1st back to the 4th in successive seasons?

talking donkey's years here

Just got this from Wiki

They played their only season of their existence in the top division of English football when they reached the First Division in 1965–66. Northampton had been promoted from the Fourth Division to the First Division in the space of five seasons but were then relegated back to the Fourth Division by 1969–70.

Wow, sexy squad. Glad I got money on us for champs before we'd even signed a player. *smug as fuck*

"The Invincibles of 2012/13," has a certain ring to it.

Love how people like to sound like they're in the know, "we've got a £3,000 p/w salary max".  Everyone knows it's closer to £10,000.

Posted by someone on Twitter, but just look at that squad depth! Can make two good starting XI's out of that!
