Not sure which player they were watching but hes not been our best defender in pretty much any game this season IMO, hes adequate in L2.

Who do you think has been our best defender?

Certainly not Conroy, who has been quite poor for some time now.

It’s also interesting that our defence has been fairly shambolic for the last month or so, which also coincides with him not playing

For me, it was a toss up between him & Rob Hunt

Odimayo for me. Tuesday I thought he was poor and shouldn't have slid in (but did win the ball, was right in front of me). He's been the most consistent, can't remember many bad games

Yup, good news. So that's Ward, Parsons, McKirdy and Iandolo signed up beyond this summer, right? Costanza has been a bit slack updating the first post of this thread (boo, hiss etc.)

That’s great news! He certainly falls into the category of a player being at the right club at the right time to produce his best form of his career.

No brainer for him to stay. System let’s him express himself and he clearly plays his best football here. Long may it continue

Or a cynic would say there's interest in him so let's tie him down on a longer contract to increase his potential value.

Makes me think that garner has little say in most of our transfer in and out TBH.

This is true.

That wouldn’t be cynical. That’d be sensible.

He says he loves it here, on and off the pitch. Something he’s never had before.

Maybe, just maybe it's because Conroy threw his toys about after recent FA Cup 3rd round team selections and Garner caved in.
You can’t just l leave it at that….

Good news about the angry squirrel.
