See Mad Dog commentating post game. What do we think would have happened to us if Martin Allen took over instead of Malpas, remember him, Nijholt and a few others declared interest at the time when we were looking for a manager.

I think we would still have finished mid-table in 2007-08, then Allen would have pissed everyone off, fallen out with the Board and been sacked part way through the next season, leaving us in a much worse position than when he had taken over. Who knows what the next appointment would have been and how history would have then played out. |

You are probably right chap, could have had Luc Nijholt as well I suppose, every time we have been looking for a manager he throws his hat into the ring! May have to Wiki him. |

Chelsea have some nice odds. Though I can't see that happening.
Bayern Munich were smashed 5-2 by the mighty Borussia Dortmund in the German Cup Final the other day. It's not going to be as straight forward as people seem to think!
