Oh man. I listen to the around the nfl podcast. One of the hosts does of cancer last year, on the eve of the Super Bowl. Left behind a wife and a year(ish) old baby.

He was a cincinatti native, who lost faith with the team over years of fuck ups. I don’t really believe In Higher powers, but there’s something special in how this team are springing it all together, and maybe it’s something to do with wess

Wow Clap Clap Clap

When the Titans had the ball just prior to the turnover I was predicting a last second field goal winning it...for them Smiley

Burrow sacked 9 times...unacceptable...what amazing Defence though.... Pint

Just caught up on the 69ers.

Quite how the Packers lost that I'll never know.

All the talk in Denver now is about Rodgers and coaching staff moving to Mile High.

Amazing that both underdogs won on the road

Bengals played well over all.
Better protection for Burrows and they will be a top, top team. They are literally one position short.

49ers won that on special teams. NFL equivalent of a shit ugly game of football that’s 0-0 then someone smacks on a world class free kick from 35 yards and that’s the only bit of quality in the whole game.

When you say one position, presumably you mean Offensive Line, not just one player. I want to see them spend big on two OL men in free agency and draft 3 from the first 4 rounds.

Good luck to you, OST. I always cheer for a team that hasn't won the Superbowl yet, and the Bengals are an easy team to cheer for.
Thanks  Wink

How ironic that the Bengals and Titans both lost to the Jets!

Can't wait...should be a decent away support...it's not a long drive from Cincy to Nashville...just over 4 hours and for a long time before Nashville / Tennesse got it's own team the Bengals were the local NFL team so I think there is still quite a bit of support down there...
6,000-7000 estimated away fans, pretty decent considering the Titans made it as difficult as possible for away fans to get tickets...

Bengals & Titans was a tight affair overall - 9 sacks on Burrow wasn't it?  to win under that pressure is impressive, but the Titans literally threw away that game.

49ers were never in with a shout.  Jimmy G had one of his games, which happens a fair bit, where half his passes looked like interceptions the moment they left his hand.  I know a coach is never going to do it in such a game, but it was calling out for Lance to play that one.  Better mobility in a game that was always going to be tough for passing.  On top of the cold, Jimmy is nursing two injuries in hi throwing hand.  Hopefully the Rams win as we appear to have the Hex on them.

On to today, come on Bills.  In the outside event the 49ers make it all the way it would give us a chance to play a team that loses Superbowls.

Henry and Foreman were making decent enough yards in the run game, the only time the Titans looked suspect was when Tannehill was throwing it - from memory it was two long bombs (1 for Brown's TD) and 3 intercepts.
Seemed odd they mixed it up with risky plays where our good secondary could be effective, but as a Bengals fan I'm fookin delighted.
