I'd happily get pummelled by the Chiefs if it means we can win vs the Browns.
Like you I'm maybe a touch biased as they're my team, but I think the Bengals in the next few years might make the superbowl.

Bengals arent my team, Ravens are.

Ravens & Jackson have been found out. He’s just gonna get hit till his legs are gone now.
Steelers have nothing and Big Ben is done
Browns are the Browns.

It’s definitely Bengals division for the foreseeable future, imo

NFL is no different to football in so much as there are a couple of very good teams, a lot of teams who are much of a muchness and some mediocre ones.

The flashy offensive team most often get found out in the playoffs if they can't defend stop the run game and opposition taking time off the clock.

Ah, I completely misremembered things.
With the cap space and having a relatively healthy roster, most of which will stick around next year it does look good

At what cost?

Bizarre last couple of mins.

Slugfest between 2 teams with little to no D.

At what cost? .....Burrow should be fine, he ran off the field and just gave a post game interview. He said he would/could have come back in if the game had continued (assume that's what you are referring to)

Bizarre last couple of mins. ...absolutely. Don't remember anything quite like that before...

Slugfest between 2 teams with little to no D. ... Burrow and Chase were unbelieveable...Bengals held the Chiefs to 3 points in the second half...pretty good going to do that without any D   Wink

The Broncos still haven't come close to replacing Peyton Manning it seems to me (easier said than done I know) The NFL is crazy this year. No team has been consistent all season. Makes it interesting though. Very exciting times for the Bengals but they absolutely must focus 100% on protecting Burrow this off season

We had a D for the second half - KC only scored 3 points Smiley

Very fortunate with some of the refereeing (especially in the last 2 mins) but they were shite for both teams so we'll move on quickly past that

Manning papered over cracks. Bronco's have had a decent D for the last few years which has carried them. But, they have been relied upon to make too many big plays and they spend too long on the field.

Offense has been their problem. While their quarterbacks have been decidedly average at best, their offensive line has been the problem. It has provided no protection whatsoever. The QBs have been forced to hurry, been inaccurate or made bad decisions.

They fired the offense coach in 2020 and brought in Pat Shurmer. He has been awful and the local media have been calling for his head for much of the season.

Special teams have also been an issue in the last couple of years. We seem to keep giving away big plays.

I'll stick with what I have said before though. The team that can keep a high powered offence off the field for the longest will win the Superbowl.

I'm just happy the Eagles have turned around their terrible early season form and are now in with a chance of the playoffs.

They’re in the play offs. Haven’t beat a team with a winning record all season, and expect them to lose gallantly in the wildcard round to a good team (probably the buccaneers), but the fact they’re there at all is a result. Three first round picks next year too, futures looking bright

Green Bay have been pretty consistently winning all season? Unless you mean performances.

Bengals are going to be scary in a few years. Their o-line still needs some work IMO but Chase, Burrow & Mixon will be causing problems for a while!
