Maybe he meant thinking man's crumpet?
Does Carol Vorderman play football? What's her favoured position?
Doggy.

Don't be surprised if BBC Swindon have some news on the Graham Mack show at 6.45am for all you early birds.
Well i wasn't surprised then!

Still reporting that they expect another body in before Saturday though. I'd be surprised if it wasn't Murray (personal opinion, no 'sauce'), unless it is a loan.

I can't work out if that Independent article is saying Barton is a literary genius for having the ability to copy and paste from Google, or if they are taking the piss out of him. It's a shit article either way.

Disappointing if it is, not quite what we are looking for at the moment, rate Connell more and he seems to struggle to get a look in!

PdC does seem to like winding other clubs up. I reckon as we have a relatively simple game on Saturday followed by the FA Cup game, which any new player wouldn't play in anyway, he is just waiting til the last possible moment to get the new forward in so it leaves the selling club next to no time to find a replacement.
That would really piss the Pox off if it was Cunstable.

I agree Ronnie but on the other hand if Paolo wants him then it's good to see him get the board backing.

No such thing as a simple game in football, plus better for us to get the player in quicker so he can get up to speed with fitness

Am I right in assuming there was no news then?

I think as soon as Coventry announce a striker signing today, which they are expected to do, we'll announce McDonald.

If he is on the radar the problem with McDonald is he is currently injured and not due back for a few weeks

Tamas Priskin would be a good signing but probably way out of our league, fellow Czech International may be friends with Magera? never hurts to wish.
As for Cody MacDonald, I can't see Covee wanting to get rid of him so recently after buying him in the summer, a loan deal MAY be a possibility to regain his fitness levels but I can't see them wanting to sell him to us permanantly.

I thought Priskin was Hungarian?
