Ridehalgh won't be able to play, I'm guessing?
I think it depends on what they agreed on when he signed! He wasn't allowed to play against exeter in the JPT so i'd say there's no chance of him playing for us!

I think we can all accept losing to a Danny Ward strike.
Lee Clark vs Paolo Di Canio... Jordan Rhodes being flavour of the month.
There's an outside chance of telly.

Official_STFC just tweeted that he isn't allowed, thought as much.

As we have such a massive squad it would be good to see some of the 'fringe' players given a chance to shine in this game.

When i said a home game and i dont care who against, Id rather of not had Hudders Cant see more than 5500 turning out for this Depends what they do with prices, but when the fixture was played in 02, it attracted just over 4000.

But in 2002 our average crowd was just over 5,000 so it wasn't a bad effort. £15 adults would be sensible and i could see us getting 7,000ish . Anything £20+ would see a very low crowd i reckon.

Shit draw.
I suppose it could be on the box but I'd put money on the 3 games being non league at home to league.

Great draw, can't wait.
Can see Paolo having a punch up with Lee Clark.

Worst possible draw, however we havent done bad against higher leagues sides so far this season, so I'm not 100% convinced we are out yet, only 99%.

What a shit draw.
I just don't see this as a shit draw at all, not when you think of some of the real shit, that knocks around in the 1st round of the cup....imagine Luton away, or any of a host of norvern teams away....say Scunny or HPool or Carlisle. Or some park non league outfit like East Thurrock United. Even worse, a side from Div 4, like Bradford City again. Not a bad draw at all.....OK we've played them loads recently, but they are up there as a "name" team atm, and so we've nothing to lose.

I regard it as shit in terms of possible progress into the 3rd round, which all i care about in the early rounds.
Unless Huddersfield rest a few to concentrate on the league, i cant see us going through.

Why not....it's a cup game. We're quite capable of beating Huddersfield.

On a 'potential' plus point...Jordan Rhodes aka the goalmachine is likely to be away with Scotland on international duty that weekend...not saying 1 man makes a team, but every cloud has a silver lining...still think it's a shit draw though! http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/scotland/15511524.stm
