Anyone else agree that Paolo doesn't actually know what the fans are singing, I think he just hears his name and can't make out the rest. Hands on hips with a wry smile was good enough for me though.

I like to think he's "in the zone." The other justification, being a fan of our manager, could be that he wants to set an example to his players by saying he's just as focused on the game as them. They say the best managers in the work place are the ones who practice what they preach, I suspect the same is true of football managers.
