Sorry to me a ground is only a ground if it is completely enclosed by the stadium which could mean it has four sides, am oval shape, a circle, a hexagon a pentagon or what ever shape you want it to be. A ground with three sides is not enclosed therefore it is not a ground it is merely a shit hole that attracts shit.
Exactly. Though by O*fords definition of a ground my garden has two sides of a football stadium in it

The only time I can recall bringing along people to an O*ford game was the 4-2 win at The Manor....couple of American girls over for work, who were interested in the prospect of a manifestation of the English disease. Had to apologise at the end of the day, just how tame it had been.

It'll be interesting to see whether the atmosphere of hate remains. There will surely large groups of fans that go back, but football has changed a lot in the 10 years since we last played them. I wonder what the new breed family friendly fan will make of it. And people like bogus Dave and Tails, who are so young they probably can't remember the last time we played in the league and must wonder what all the fuss is about. The fact that the Town End has sold out suggests that nothing has changed at all. I blame the parents We'll see.

I'm starting to get excited for this now.
A bit nervous about the result as don't think there's much to choose between the sides on early evidence and don't want to endure the scummers' gloating if they somehow manage to win.
Hopefully PdC will have us fired up and I imagine the atmosphere will be fantastic, fullish ground with both sets of fans singing, can't wait.

Just had a brief soiree onto that yellows forum....jeez, that site mights as well be called the anti swindon forum, I would say about 60 to 70% posts are about us/this game. No stone is being left unturned in different angles to analyse...
Healthy hatred is one thing but this obsession is well ott.
And I know some of you piss stained wankers read this, so please feel free to copy and paste.
Oxford, we are laughing at you. Go get yourselves some lives.

who won’t be at Sunday’s game as he is on holiday.
Surprise. Is he holidaying in Abingdon, can't imagine him leaving Oxfordshire for more than an hour. "I still get stick for playing for Swindon, but I never had a choice – end of story.
“It was the only club I could go to to get out of West Ham – I didn’t want to go to Swindon.”
Cunt
