When you think you're going well on Civilisation V and then EVERY cunt declares war on you at once.

XCOM 2 is bloody difficult. Even early on in the game I struggled not to have everybody die even in the early missions, I've had to switch the difficulty to easy just to make it playable.

Good game though.

Still rocking 2015... 3 straight Prem titles with Swindon, 1 loss in the last 2 seasons, coming in the last 4 games of each season.

It's an interesting debate.. I don't play them enough to see much difference, are there any stand out differences that swing it then?

I only ask as I've only ever had FIFA because it's come with my console. I've never bought it separately.

I found 2016 a lot harder, it's a good price though.

Re: FIFA v PES, I only basically moved to FIFA cos someone bought it for me and then you're looking at playing vs other people who (in my case, anyway) all play FIFA. I love PES though. I swear most people when you ask why they prefer FIFA to PES mention the lack of licensing or graphics, rather than actual gameplay. That seems to me to be the most irrelevant part.

I'm definitely not gamer enough to have a real opinion though.

I see... I've got FIFA 16, but I haven't played it since about November..

The physics, especially ball physics. You can do some awesome stuff on PES that FIFA can only dream about.

Do you play it on the PC, Jayo? I tried FIFA 2015 on the PC and it just didn't feel right at all. I don't know if it was the game or the platform.
