Hold on, there may be an extinction level even in the form of meteor strike way before then.
About 5pm on Saturday if we don't beat Rochdale

This is true but there could also be a nuclear apocalypse tomorrow.

I hope not, I've got stuff to do.

Yes that's right.

The loan is a done deal rather than a "we hope to" deal. I guess its a paperwork exercise when the window opens.

We can only loan players for 90 days, I guess that is only just shy of the end of season.

No. Because if it's a loan then another team could come in and ruin the deal.

He said (I think) it was "complete". Not sure why they haven't released the name. I suppose its never truly done until the paperwork is pushed through.

The other player was a "hopefully.."

I'm glad I heard it. My imaginary friend Bernie heard it too.

exactly, so its not a done deal a contract is still signed on a loan which if it was then a contract would be signed and no other club could come in

Text from a mate who went: "If we play like that we'll beat most teams in this league, general performance improving. No luck, extremely poor ref. On another day we'd have won. Their first was a massive fluke, shot cleared off the line at the end, Dosser hit post and missed 2 sitters. If Benyon was playing we might have won. Unbelievable how quick the fans turn on the team even when there's no lack of effort."

its as much a done deal as possible, obviously its all agreed with the player and club but just need to wait for it to be signed. think of it this way, if youre engaged and had a date to get married to your lovely wife, youd say it was a done deal and just waiting for formalities Smiley
