From what i heard on the radio on the way home it sounds like we're talking to a couple players tomorrow but face stiff competition from other clubs.

AOB was easily MoM today and i though Ritchie worked his socks off too.  Whoever posted that Ferry needs to start over Timlin needs there eyesight tested, he played well today got a bit sloppy at end put a few tired legs out there.  Last game i saw Ferry play he was awful and in no way deserves to start with that performance. That goes for Prutton too.

The back four are starting to take some shape & Frampton seems to be really doing well organising us.  The team played imo opionion.  Dossevi really needs to learn the offside rule.

Am i the only one that didn't think Amankwaah was offside for our goal we scored? Looked like he came from behind his defender

Ulster is a province of Ireland.....like Leinster, Munster and Connacht at no time in history has it ever been a country....go ask the UN.

I think that you'll find the UN recognises the United Kingdom of GB and NI.

Talking of people out, does anyone have a scooby what the Brass Band were in aid of? I figured they'd do something at half time, but no. What the hell?
They're a makeweight from Burnley as part of the Austin deal. Along with a couple of whippets, a loaf of Hovis and a family-size tub of dripping

Which Norwegian club do you follow Norway Red? Your knowledge of Norwegian football could be invaluable to the club. Some rough diamonds ready to be polished in the Tippeligaen for sure. Ever sought to offer your scouting services to Mr Fitton?

We need a profilic goal scorer. I would love to see us muster up a realistic bid on Rotherham's Le Fondre!

I would also love to see Rory Fallon back. Plymouth can't pay their players, so I guess we can have him cheaply.

Also Franchise's Sam Baldock would be a great target.

I thought they all played well today except Tommy Dos!

Those slating Timlin and Ritchie are being well overly critical IMO! Timlin was solid and creative until the last 15 when he tired, better than Dougie today IMO. When Dougie loses the ball nobody says a thing, when Timlin does he gets hammered.

AOB was by far MOTM, what's the chances of seeing that consistently? Doubtful I expect! Desperately need 2 or 3 strikers in before Tuesday!

Only nil nil I know, but how refreshing was that to see a solid back four!Certainly something to build on. Miidfield played ok,O,Brien outstanding.Ritchie did well I thought, even though he was out of position,as for Dossevi, well he does his best but is simply not good enough, headless chicken springs to mind! Here's to at least one decent striker arriving before deadline day.Things are looking up!

Both Fallon and Le Fondre on target today. It astonishes me that someone in the Championship bracket hasn't taken a punt on the Rotherham ace thus far. Think he's beyond our means, £800,000 + for certain.

I agree.

Ujah will probably move to a bigger club in the summer transfer window if he has a good start of the season in Norway.

Lillestrøms manager Henning Berg has a history of getting young african talents. He bought John Obi Mikel for nothing and sold his for loads! Also Edu, now at Hoffenheim in Germany

In january both Petter Vaagan Moen (QPR) and Steffen Iversen (Crystal Palace) have gone to UK on free transfers. Due to the norwegian season, most players out of contracts is available from early november to late january, when the Norwegian Pre-Season starts...

I don't follow any teams particularly in Norway, I just follow norwegian football and the norwegian league in general. Swindon Town is my main love when it comes to football. But I used to be a regular at my local team's matches: Raufoss.

Some years ago they were in the 2nd. tier and even were close to promotion. The last years they've been playing in 3rd. tier. A few years ago they moved from their old stadium to a inflatable plastic indoor hall with ariticifal grass. That was the drop for me. I won't pay to see football played INDOORS!

Also I moved from the Raufoss area to Lillehammer six years ago. The local team in this town is in the same 3rd tier as Raufoss, so I might go to the derby games. There is also a local team Gjøvik FF that is newly founded, who play in the 4th tier.

Le Fondre upon joining Rotherham fromn Rochdale

"I needed a new challenge, with a progressive club that had high ambitions and in Rotherham I've found the perfect club to open a new chapter of my career with. It was hard to leave Rochdale in the sense that I have left a lot of friends and the fans behind, but when a team with so much ambition like Rotherham comes in for you it is an opportunity you have got to take.

Cue Rochdales first promotion in 35 years, and Rotherham blowing it. Ooops!
