Since mentioning on another thread, I can't get the Gin Blossoms out of my head. Been looking at live versions of their songs. Came across the lead singer doing this recently with his son - The whole concert is on line, but here's Hey Jealousy:

Listened to the new (British) Sea Power album today which was excellent. My favourite song resonates even more with what is going on in Ukraine at the moment. The lyrics really unfortunately say it all when it comes to war.

two fingers for the dead
two fingers for the living
two fingers for the world that we all live in.

Thanks Sax, I'm going to be in Turkey for the Birmingham date but I appreciate the offer and will let you know if my plans change/fall through.

I am not Im afraid.  Currently on Halestorm, followed by something called Dan D lion and then onto Bare Naked Ladies - less exciting than it sounds.

Yeah they are  always good fun (though not as much fun as a bunch of barenaked ladies if you see what I mean) and Boothby Grafoe support them who is very funny.  Ive got 5 shows on the tour including Bath Forum.  A nice local one for me.
