Good sombre album pornography. I was into the cure in the early 80's and had the hairstyle to boot. Always brings a chuckle looking at old photos of my youth

Love the cure.  Disintegration is the best album for me.  Went to see them about 4 times on the prayer tour and relived my youth watching them at reading festival last year.  Still bloody good.

9 minutes of my teenage angst.  Girls still dont like me but Ive stopped writing poems about it.

Welcome to about three pages back, but I do like it that possibly the only two people / identities I know on the TEF, but presumably strangers to each other, are discussing such marvellous The Cure albums from about a hundred years ago.

Hi Sonic!

Hi Red Frog!

Don't think I know Sonic, and still can't place you, but is it time to move, laterally, on from the Cure?

Agreed, great song. Keeping lateral, do you know Peter Murphy's version? Camp gothic, but quite fun all the same.

Another lovely sunny afternoon today which, as happens, resulted in my enjoyment of music going though the roof.  Today shuffle treated me to this classic:

I tried to like it but I failed. I'd rather hear Balkan Gypsies strangle a cat with guitar strings
