I didn't think I'd ever find myself agreeing with you, but the evidence indicates that he may have lost large portions of the dressing-room. Where you and I part is that I blame the spineless players when they do this. I get sick of players who mentally bail out when the going gets tough and think it'll all be better if they can get their manager sacked. If they are doing that, I hope they'll be playing in League Two with or without us next year. Pathetic.

I totally agree with you, but unfortunately we're not in a position to oust two thirds of the team.  The buck has to stop somewhere and someone has to be accountable and that is the manager.  If my team were consistently underperforming at work, I would expect it to directly affect my end of year appraisal.

Maybe Lesbian nuns in the dressing room would kick start our season?

It just all seems too simplistic to say he's lost the dressing room when the team isn't performing. I can't pretend to know a professional footballers psyche, but I just can't believe they'd play poorly just to get him sacked unless something serious has occurred that we aren't aware of.

He needs the whole window to bring in new faces, not three weeks of it. Judge him, and his signings after he's made them and after they've had time to settle in. Teams get rid way too quickly these days.

Yay, finally! The radio have asked him why he hasn't done anything about it. "Because the players aren't out there" apparently. Well that's OK then

Wilson:
- Another display marred by defensive errors
- Will be changing faces at the back.
- Cannot continue defending like this
- Been like this all season.
- No danger outside of the goals.
- We can't get the players in- answer to the question "Why haven't you done anything about it?"
- Need signings in the next week
- Fair to say we haven't replaced Greer, knew what we've needed but not been able to get hold of it. Frampton should have helped but injuries are frustrating that
- Tuesday is huge. This was huge. "You've seen what we are capable of doing. We shouldn't have conceded three today" same again Tuesday, got to go in with the same attitude (!) and cut out the mistakes.
- Hopes for people in before Tuesday, defensively. Striker the other key area. Very proactive but players not been available so far, difficult to buy in January.
- On Austin: did alright, tried very hard and been unlucky. Not sure if he'll be a Swindon player Tuesday or onwards.

Poor interview in my opinion, can understand not wanting to offend him but seriously tip toed around the issues.

I'm sure a game of Post Match Interview Bingo would be very, very easy.
