Perhaps we should lure Rich back by starting a thread to help him with his standup material.
I'm sure a set built around Sheena Easton, Manatees, Vincent Pericard and Cheese Puns will nail him a slot on Mock The Week before too long.

Mick the 86 year old golfer comes home and sits in his chair crying...whats up says his loving wife Mildred...i am hitting the ball so sweet of the tee and its going miles but me eyes are gone and i cant fin d me ball on the fairway. Take Uncle Bertie says Mildred...his eyes are brilliant he could be your spotter...but he is 103 years old says Mick !...i know says Mildred but he can sit on the buggy and his eyes are brilliant for his age. Monday morning and THWACK!....the ball goes miles into the air and down onto the lush fairway....Mick turns to Bertie who is sat in a buggy and says...did you see it...it sounded great...oh yes said Bertie i saw it...brilliant shot...well says Mick ware is it? Bertie looks at Mick,frowns...blinks three times and says....ive forgot Its all yours Rich...a parting gift

A few postions now being filled then, the most surprising is Darren Ferguson returning to P'Boro - that will be the Man U youngsters we want on loan gone then.
Dean Holdsworth to Aldershot & Dougie Freedman steps up at Palace after being No 2

'Mutual consent', and the chairman slagged him off when he did leave. This deal is probably dependent on getting players in from loan from Fergie snr.

That option can be turned off
I turned it on because I felt people shouldn't have to justify why they leave, to a mod. If they wanna go, they can go innit. (I do always hestitate when I have to confirm deletion in the back-end though. )

He spent sack loads to get out of our division - very over-rated manager

Well we have "special relationships" with Man City, Liverpool and Celtic, so we have no need to worry about Man U youngsters do we!! I mean they sent us a future great in Mr Ball.
