Barca are teaching Real a bit of a footballing lesson so far tonight (2-0 at the moment), nothing in England even comes close to being as good to watch as Barca, they make Arsenal look like a long ball team.

You mean it didn't? In fairness this thread appeared first.
I saw Barcelona in 2008 and they are by far the best footballing team I've seen to date.

The games frantic as the mad ref seems intent on giving no fouls whatsoever.... Messi just got booked for Carvalho elbowing him in the face which was bizarre. Half time now

So much for the titanic clash between Messi and Ronaldo then. And what price "The Special One" now?

Ha. I knew it wouldn't live up to it's billing, but I thought it was going to end up scrappy and 1-1 or something before the game.
How wrong was I.
Absolute schooling from Barca. That was absolutely unreal.

Madrid have virtually the same defence that they had last year, which was so poor. The Real President wants to buy Galacticos, which are forward attacking players, yet if you don't buy decent defenders...you don't win anything.
