I'm disappointed at how poor we looked for the entire game. Struggled to put 2 passes together. All a bit hoof ball. Little creativity, little threat up front and lots of hope that the ball would fall to Austin or Morrison from a set piece.

Fucking awful result... no positives at all from that. Let down yet again. Proper fed up...

Should have buried a couple in the first half, but considering it was a potential banana-skin i'm glad to get a replay.

Bit of a shitter that Crawley had 2 chances and scored with one of them, so I guess that was why Tubbs was MOTM.

1-1 is an ok result, even if the performance wasn't that great.

As said, at least we can watch the 3rd round draw with some interest

Not ideal but IT'S NOT A LOSS. Result wise, it could have been much, much worse.

I am kind of relieved not to have slipped up on the banana skin. 3 games in a week ending in a tricky tie at a non-league ground was never going to be easy.

Not lets give 'em a slapping at the CG.
Good point Batch.  Would be good to think we'll get a big crowd and get behind the team.

For once lets all look at the positives (if we dare).
We didn't get spanked! thats the main thing, potential banana skin avoided after a truly bad week
We should have our first choice rightback and captain available for the replay
We are in the hat!
If we get a good draw the replay will more than likely be shown on tv again so more cash there

Really though?

League is where it's at right? We're not going to win the F.A. Cup: This is a distraction.

Crawley aren't plumbers and postman - we should still be winning these but we're in a rut and we didn't lose.

Pretty dire game to be honest.  We should have been leading at half time (how many times have we heard that this season?), but after taking the lead failed to hold on to it (how many times have we heard that this season as well?)

Not enough football played and again we were short of ideas.  Glad not to have been beaten, but as Charlie mentioned the replay is an additional game we could do without.

Oh and final point, Steve Evans looks like a dodgy used car salesman!

The gaps between midfield and upfront were alarming.

Pericard and Austin played too far apart from eachother as well.

Defence did well, Crzawley didnt look like scoring and it took a super goal for them to get a goal

People need to gain perspective. We played shit on Tuesday, and for the third time in a week had to travel away from home. Add to this that it was against a non-league side on a friday night, in front of the tv cameras on a freezing evening/pitch, I think 1-1 is a fair result.

We didn't play particularly well but I think we did enough to win it. But to be fair their goal was very well taken and it's a bit of a kick in the teeth.

We're still in the cup though, after Tuesday's performance, most were expecting to be knocked out and more doom and gloom. At least thats been put off for 10 days.
