Dissapointed with the performance but not so much with the result. I think in some ways we set our stall out to try and play for a draw at times and that really restricted them. We didn't really let them play which was a positive thing I guess. If we had done that we'd have been hammered or at least lost the game.

I thought the front 2 were OK. Didn't do much wrong. Charlie took his goal well. We had chances to score in the first half that really should have been taken to be honest. Charlie with that one that Kuipers saved from the cross and the Ritchie shot that hit the post then hit the back of the keeper and then the post again before going out and wasn't even given as a corner. Couldn't believe that decision.

Other than that though it was pretty poor from us. Can someone tell Caddis that everytime he gets the ball at RB he doesn't have to hoof it? For me there was too much hoof from the full backs and centre backs and the midfield was never in the game. We didn't see any runs from Prutton because he barely had the ball. I think there was only really 1 or 2 good moves that we showed when we got the ball down and passed across the midfield. We need to do it more. Other than being pleased we avoided the banana skin (for now at least anyway) I didn't really see much from us that would warrant getting my hopes up that we will pick up anytime soon. A better side than Crawley would have probably taken the initiative a bit more in a game like that. Maybe they were a little nervous to have a proper go at us?

We now have 3 games coming up that are very tricky. Wednesday at home who are one of the best sides in this league IMO and in good form as well. Then there's this replay which won't be easy and then Oldham away which is never a good game for us and a team going well too. Not looking forward to this month if i'm being honest.

Was'nt bad and i enjoyed my piss up style viewing at Victor Mildews pad.

We were shocked at the total lack of of midfield....it was just not there. I cannot even have my usual pop at Prutton as they were all woeful.   JPM's terrible cross in the second half summed it up.

Ritchies shot off the post and keepers head is really why it isnt happening for us....last season that would of gone in.  The Lino needs fucking for not giving a corner, made himself look a right cunt on telly for that.

Both goals were good, scored by players that were mostly missing during the game.

I would of left on Vince and taken off Austin. With no midfield as soon as he went off we had zero outlet.

Hopefully turn em over at our place and we're in the hat!!

Was going to take in a game today....but fuck it....too cold.

Interestingly (or not, depending on how you like this sort of thing), this is the first time we've drawn an away FA cup tie since 1991, when we drew with leyton orient. We won the replay 1-0

my views;driving through Crawley is worse than driving through London(took the wrong junction!)I dont have high expectations of football ground fare, but that was truly the worst food/drink I have ever tasted-dried up sausage rolls that were inedible, chips overdone to within an inch of their potato lives and hot chocolate that looked and tasted like an abattoirs effluent (probably). The game weren't that bad considering my expectations were pretty much zero.Ritchie looked dangerous,Pericard's touch and hold up play was really good-the way he took down some of the long balls that were played to him was top class, totally do not understand his substitution after going 1-0 up.christ-some fans were moaning at him for not attempting to go for a shit cross from JPM that was out of play ffs!JPM was poor apart from 1 brilliant cross in the first half.Prutton I thought was anonymous-dont think he touched the ball for the first 20 mins of the second half.Timlin was busy and worked his arse off-no complaints about him.Austin missed a sitter but took his goal brilliantly-great celebration right by us.Smith brought off a blinding save from Tubbs and did nothing wrong.Scott Cuthbert was almost back to his best at CH-he must never play right back again surely? However I have to say Morrison needs to be rested-he is a liability at the moment Im afraid. He looks totally out of form, partly at fault for the goal and horrendously almost cost us another by being caught dithering on the edge of our box.
My first game since Plymouth at home and I was a little bit shocked by the hostility toward Wilson and Pericard-some bloke said"this is the worst side we've ever had"and he was older than me!Tails' duck head was brilliant-what an improvement.

Just got back, pretty gutted I spent 100 odd quid for that last night, it was pretty wank all round, although if it wasn't on TV I'm convinced it would have been off.

Opinions Opinions. I thought Pericard was shit and lazy, but I always think Pericard is shit and lazy and I also bum Dossevi so I'm probably wrong.

Morrison can only head a football. Cuthbert was immense, and showed exactly why it's a really good idea to play your best CB at CB. Thought Caddis done more than enough to get the nod and a run in the team. JPM and Rose were absolute dogshit, and I expect Sheehan to start next week.

Their fans were hilariously chavvy and it looks like the Old Bill have a bit of an ongoing issue from what I've heard.

Overall, it was great to head to London, meet up with some old mates and have a few beers, but if I hadn't had a ticket I would have been happy sitting in the pub because it was a dreadful game thanks to the surface, our complete lack of confidence and strange selection and their direct manner.

Still, would have taken a draw, but any kind of enjoyment or entertainment would have been good.

And Watford away please.

The abuse Pericard got last night was shocking. Some fans abuse him for everything that went wrong. It affects him, as he kept his head down while attacking the Town fans. If he scored, I bet the hypocrites would've charged the front. dicks.

His touch and ball control was brilliant considering the conditions and we were a lot worse of when he was subbed, thats for sure.
