That's the second time this series that I've seen someone put vanilla in their mash/purée, is it a new trend or something?

At least we haven't got to the every other dish being fucking scallops round yet.

I watched Mondays earlier,that was Scallops.

That combo sounds way too weird but then again I only recently discovered cheesy mash and thought it was a massive step forward in mash culture.

He had the concept of combined flavours right - rich meaty flavours like game + chocolate can work (Venison) but to do it as a sweet choc cake was insane.  May as well coated in butterscotch and be done with it.

I know it's Pro's, but some of the stuff has looked quite tasty.

FB - I'm doing scallops this weekend.
