I was under the impression Morrison signed a one year deal in the summer.

I thought we looked brilliant in the second half. Ferry and Douglas hunting as a pair, the wide players and full-backs linking up well and Cuthbert and Morrison solid as fuck.

If we play like that every week, we'll be well up there.

Great game, was as annoyed with the first half as I was delighted with the second. At times during that second half we were starting to look like our old selves and that makes me wet.

Also, as it keeps getting mentioned, Morrison has 2 years left and an option of a 3rd if I heard right somewhere or other. Was it Dave telling me? Was it Fitton who said it in an interview? Was it me making it up? I dunno, but I definately heard it from somewhere which means it is true. Now where's OST to "FACT" it?

I'm afraid I can neither confirm nor deny it Barry No

Yes he signed for a year when he came back from Southend. Runs out in June next year.

Started too slowly and were lucky that Rovers didnt do a Plymouth and bang in two goals before we realised we were in a game of football.

BUT..

Improved and over ran them at the end.

Thought it was a pen from the TE but later saw it probably wasnt but dont blame the ref for giving it...Lucas went a bit nose bleed but made some great stops.

Problem is...we won't.  We're consistently inconsistent.  No one knows which Swindon is going to show up these days.  If Danny can sort that out, then maybe.  But would anyone like to take a guess how we'll shape up at Peterborough, for example?  I know I wouldn't.

First of all thanks to STFC dave for use of his season ticket - cheers cockle.
Makes a big difference being up in the DR compared to the TE, you can actually see whats going on.
Will probably echo most of whats been written here...

First 20 were a worry, if we had conceeded then we may have capitulated. There was some appalling communication at the back in the first half which resulted in losing possesion on more occasions than I care to remember... however,  improved drastically in the 2nd. We opened them up on several occasions and should have had a one or two more really...but saying that they also had about 3 or 4 gilt edged chances themselves, on another night could have been much differrent.

Douglas was class as always, as was ferry (his little chip for the second was awesome), thought ritchie looked dangerous throughout, pericard did what he had to do, and was on his own up front for most of the time but did shit loads of running.

Though Rose looked steady, Manks had a god awful first 15 but improved, etc etc etc

But most importantly thought the Robinettes routine (both of them) was much better than the flourescant topped girls, they were all over the place.

Despite being outnumbered 2-1 the Scilly Town Inter Island Firm held the Scillonian Club (which was also populated by about 150 'twitchers' - what's that all about !)  Clap

Pericard's like a lower-league Heskey. Holds the ball up well, doesn't score many himself but brings other players in, massively divisive in fans' opinions between those who think any forward should be a goal-scorer and those who can kind of see the point (even if they're not especially convinced)
