remember about Douglas in March when we play you.

Whats with all this 'we'll get you next March' shit? You've practically repeated it in every post. Its all a little 'we'll get you after school' don't you think....? Leeds fans were great at setting themselves up for a fall when posting on here, perhaps its a Yorkshire thing.

Seriously though, Lee Clark? is he the man for the job? I thought you were so tactically naive in the 2nd half, I counted at least 5 occasions when our centre backs could stroll into your half without one single Udders player being within 10 yards, it was all very 'Andy King'. Yes you could play the 2 players off injured card, but a decent manager should be able to re-organise and counter the way we were playing. Gus Poyet got it spot on when he bought Brighton here.

Do you reckon he's the man for the job?

I do accept Robert's arm being broken might have coloured my view to some degree. However, it will be exactly that fact that people will remember about Douglas in March when we play you. That was an overly aggressive tackle on a man trying to play the ball and if you people can't see that then I give up! I always try to fair in my assessment of incidents in games and in this case too. If our player had caused such mayhem I would be saying the same - Trust me I would! But not one of you guys will even concede it was even an unfortunate tackle! Roll Eyes

See you all in March! Good luck until then! Wink

You are aware that football is a contact sport, aren't you?

If I 'tackled' someone like that out side my local boozer I'd in the local nick this morning! Yes

Anyone who uses this line needs ignoring straightaway. It wasn't on the fucking street, it was on a football pitch. If you done anything at home in the boxing ring or the rugby pitch on the street you'd be arrested, but it's within the rules of the game.

The ref didn't even give a foul did he? He blew up for the foul on Arfield a split second before.

One final point on Huddersfield. Every media outlet, and their own fans, bang on about a being a fluid side who play lovely football and score for fun, yet you came down here and changed yoour shape to match up, and everytime you got the ball it was lumped towards that fat twat up front. You even held the ball in the corner at 0-0 for fuck sake.

Only one side even tried to play football, only one side deserved to win and we should have been out of sight.

All this 'so called' 'shit' is because one of our best players is probably going to be out for several months due an incident involving one of your players! If you can't understand why people might just be a tab pissed off by what went on then you need a reality check! Cheesy

Douglas didn't break his arm, the fall did.

A tackle in which he won the ball, recieved no card or even a warning from the ref. Stop moaning.

A perfectly fair but strong challenge in which Douglas won the ball.

Allow me to reiterate: he broke his arm in the fall.

See, that clearly confirms that it was the fall that broke his arm and not the challenge. Thanks Ben.

Ben, that's amazing. If you can make that into an avatar/signature I'll buy you some alcohol.
