Am i alone in thinking he is fast becoming one of the best players in world football.
In my opinion if he stays injury free for the next few years he really could become a great in the game.
Was brilliant tonight..his temperament and workrate is superb and for me he could go on to be one of the best.

For me, he'd be the first name down in my England midfield.

Personally think Adam Johnson on the other side has as much if not more potential, but boyh are a step up from our wide options of recent times and should form the main stay of the midfield for the next couple of WC cycles.

Indeed. I know Dave has been calling for Adam Johnson for England on here for a while now and you can see why. Always seems to cause no end of problems for the opposition.

This. Both are quality. Johnson seems to get better by the game.

Milner is so consistent and just keeps improving. He will never be superstar class because he lacks real pace.

I will take this into consideration when you are selling one of his shirts.

Watching England now, compared to watching England at the World Cup is like watching Pat from Eastenders present 'This Morning' compared to watching Holly Willoughby presenting 'This Morning'.

Fully expect England to finish group with 100% record while looking world class and then let us all down as normal during the Euro's.

Milner is really starting to come on at international level but as others have said the potential of Adam Johnson is pretty damm exciting.

You can get 11/2 for England to have a 100% record in qualifiers with William Hill. You can have 7/1 with me if you want.
