Isn't it ironic that we get a naturally left footed player...and he plays on the right of midfield.
The current 2 performances are a breath of fresh air compared to the shite in the summer, but with the realisation that Capello will bring back in Ferdinand and co., when they don't deserve to.
With Milner suspended for the next game, I'd put Johnson on the left, with Theo on the right, and see how they do.

Agreed. I'd bet money that Gerrard ends up on the left though with Fat Frank coming back in.

You can get 11/2 for England to have a 100% record in qualifiers with William Hill. You can have 7/1 with me if you want.
Bugger me thats a good price, last night was the hardest game on paper IMO.

I'd be tempted to put Shaun Wright Phillips on the right. He played really well when he came on yesterday. Agree about johnson on the left, he can't do much more than he has.

Capello seriously can't start Lampard and Ferdinand next game... i can maybe understand Terry in for Dawson/Lescott.

Surely, presuming Walcott is fit, Adam Johnson just replaces the suspended Milner, and Terry comes in alongside Jags? Why make any other changes?

Would rather we gave that young Villa winger (Albrighton?) a game rather than Wright-Phillips.

If Walcott is injured, i'd have Young on the left and Johnson on the right.

Terry must never darken England's door ever ever again and Lampard and Ferdinand for that matter.Jagielka and Cahill/Lescott must be given a chance to cement their partnership.Midfield is working far better without Lampard.

You obviously missed the 2 on 1 situation, where all he had to do was square the ball to Bent at he had a tap in. SWP passed it to the only Swiss defended which made me post : SWP is shite. He was shite also at the World Cup, and Johnson has proved over the last week that he should've gone in the first place.

Think Capello only put SWP on so that we could laugh at an England side having 6 Man City players in it......Micah Richards must have done something really really bad.
