we've clearly missed Ferry this season and Pruttons been wank.
There is nothing more to it.
In the games I've seen (home league) Douglas has been wankier than Prutton. But I'd stick Prutton on the left and keep Douglas and Ferry in the middle, would help provide a bit more cover on the left as well. Don't get why there is always the need to play a left footed player on the left of midfield.

The Prutton abuse is getting ridiculous.
He's been nowhere near as bad as some make out. None of the new signings have set the world alight, which is often the case 6 games into a season.
Chill out ladies.

Prutton and JD have both been below par. I would pick Ferry as my constant and let the other 2 battle it out...

He played wide in the Prem for Saints a fair bit and scored a double on his Colchester debut from the same position. You're just annoyed he's been keeping Ferry out the side

He might be a central midfielder but he's played a lot of games at right midfield (amongst various other positions). All this Prutton abuse does make me laugh though, mainly as no one will say a word against Douglas who has been useless so far this season. The bias is amazing - same as with LJF getting all the abuse last season.

I think it wont be long before a midfield of:
Dougie Prutts Ferry JPM/Doss
will be our first choice

Agreed. Always thought JPM would make a good attacking midfielder, has the grit and determination. Charlton away semi final second leg, setting up Ward's goal stands out

Anyone know any decent (not flood damaged) pubs between the station and the ground?
There's the Griffin right outside the station, where I'll have numbers 1 and 2. Then A cab to the Beehive about a mile away for numbers 3,4,5,6 and 7. That's only about 3 mins from the ground, so you can stay in the pub til around 2.50. which leaves time for 1 more in the ground before kickoff.

Douglas has been wank aswell, only slightly less wank than Prutton so you can shove your bias up your ass.
The difference is we have seen Douglas perform to a high standard and we have seen Douglas have a good midfield partnership with Ferry. Prutton thus far has done neither.
Competition for places, the whole point of having a squad. Prutton thus far hasn't done enough to keep his place.
Although if Douglas is injured he'll get back in saturday anyway but he'll have to up his game.

What's this bias bullshit. Favouring a player who is playing better for our team, yes. Bias, no. Sorry forgot we have to say every player is the same.
