Bit pissed off with the current situation so decided to do the long overdue photo collage of my son's first year as a town fan for his newly decorated room

Had all the pics of him at the games he has been to, him on the pitch after the Vale game, champions team photo, tickets I had kept etc.  He took one look at it, burst into tears and flung his arms around me crying that he loved me.

Carlsberg don't family moments but if they did..........

Brilliant!

This is inspiring

I'm not being sarcastic either. It is genuinely inspiring. We should all dance at bus stops, how great would that be?

Christ. Fuck that. I've seen enough gangnam style parodies, harlem shake videos and viral adverts of smug flash mobs performing synchronised dance in public places to know that would be a surefire vision of my own personal hell.

Would rather we stationed a harmless drunk at every bus stop, so we could just watch them doing this until the bus arrived.

Don't think I'd ever get bored or complain about the bus being late.

Drunk people don't walk like that. People on Ketamine do.

Exactly what I was thinking, although the falling down bit had the look of an alcohol and ghb combo about it.

Whatever it is, I think we should pipe it into the water supply of dangerous convicted criminals then set them free around Britain, solving the overcrowding problem in prisons while simultaneously turning them into unwitting, harmless street entertainers lacking both the cognitive and mechanical capacity to re-offend.

They'd also slow down traffic no end.

Or we'd be stuck with millions of corpses. One or the other.

Missed this.

There is plenty of footage, including some pretty harrowing stuff of National Guard A-10 pilots in Afghanistan strafing British troops because the American National Guard are fucking morons. For such a perfect instrument of warfare, it's amazing that they've either stuck it in the hands of some part-timers or mothballed it in favour of flashy fast stuff that's utterly useless, and too expensive to use against insurgents, so they don't bother deploying them, and is therefore a waste of cash.

I spoke to an ex-A-10 pilot when I researching for my diss, really fascinating stuff he was talking about doing in the Gulf/Bosnia. Put it to him about the mis-use of the plane and he agreed entirely. It was the last aircraft built to be cheap, sturdy, and superbly effective at what it does, as opposed to being there to give the American Defence Industry something to get paid huge amounts to make. Plus he said 9 times out of 10 he could 'do' a fast jet in dogfights, particularly if he had sidewinders. Probably a bit of bravado there, but fuck me I wouldn't want to be anywhere near the business end of that cannon...
