I went to Sweden today to buy booze and sweets. This place makes Woolworths look shit.

I hope you avoided the horrible salty little things. I went to Sweden when I was 6 and still remember them.

I had some sea salted licorice things from finland recently. I dont know if I liked them or not. I think I was just confused by them. Confused but not revolted. Scandinavians are strange.

I've had the Swedish salted liqorice, its just wrong on so many levels. I didn't understand it.
I'm heading to Gothenburg next month with some swedes and some of the foods they have suggested we eat do sound strange.

I can't stand licorice. It was made abundantly clear to the other half that anything remotely resembling the offending object would not make it back across the border.
I haven't really found food here that unusual, except around Christmas when the traditional stuff comes out. We barbecue most days regardless of weather.

Are you going to share it with us or keep it to yourself?

oooh it was licorice. I don't think the thing stayed in my mouth long enough to work that out. What kind of crazy nation puts salt on sweets.

Met with a client today, they said they will be paying less for content.
I let them know that the decision is entirely theirs but I will be taking my services elsewhere. They tried to reassure me by telling me that I'll still receive about the same amount each month because they'll have more work to send me to compensate.
HA HA. What a muggy cunt.

Getting a good job back in the UK. Can't wait to move back and see town on a weekly basis.
