They look nailed on to win the league, good for them, they will have earned it. However, nailed on isn’t actually won is it? Although one bookie has allegedly paid out they’ve not to my knowledge had any ‘wobbles’ yet. Maybe they won’t but they are not unbeatable. Still have to come here and one or two defeats elsewhere could put the skids under them. We’ll see, get to easter and if still top by a big margin then it’s theirs. |

24hr slow cooked Chicken Gyathuk! Just adding my own garam masala blend and egg noodles now.
The chicken has fallen off the bones (sorry non-meat eaters the veggie and most likely original version is just as hearty). One of my favourite noodle soups. Except it's nothing like a soup really. Delicious, fragrant and spicy dish!

Has some right shitty weather lately.
Today, wall to wall sunshine and nicely warm. Outside a coffee shop in me T-shirt and I can still see snow on top of the mountains.
Makes me wonder why we’re thinking about leaving!
