BT continued
2.5+ years ago they installed a phone line to my flat for £130, but they tried to put it through someones house down the road causing me to use up days whilst they sort out where to put it connect me etc.
now - they send a router to the previous incorrect address (breaching data the protection act in doing so as they've not updated my details despite every contact i've had with them being assured it's been sorted out). speak to scumbag at helpdesk assured it's sorted and the openreach engineer with have a router. he doesn't so i waste another days holiday. then they send another one out and i'm connected, but apparently they don't compensate for them breaching my confidentiality or them wasting my days holiday.
