That is a bit worrying. Seem to remember reading somewhere that we actually have the most CCTV cameras per capita in the world.
That's one of those misleading 'facts' which annoys me a fair bit. Maybe it's changed since I last saw it (I'm not a frequent reader of the Mail, due to having my own brain) but I'm pretty sure I'd have remembered a Paul Dacre op-ed piece on the decline of modern manners containing the clarion call line Ill trip you up next time you cunt and hopefully your fall flat on your face and break your nose

Well that's actually complete bollocks, I obviously believe some media over others. But it's very interesting how the usual suspects twist reports and surveys round to back up their editorial stance when in reality they are saying the complete opposite.

Quite similar to me really. I choose not to read/watch/listen to any news for much the same reason, as most people lap it up with glee and then argue about it, which to me is just absolutely absurd. We'd make wonderful babies Ben. |
