Specsavers mess my lens mail up everytime! I pay £35 a month for my lenses and get roughly no service
Ran out of lenses Monday still no lense mail - Specsavers have no lenses to tide me over. Its really hard to do my job in glasses
Hate the way they have a monopoly over the glasses/lense Market
Took me and my fiancée (not getting bored of that yet) threading to cancel our contracts before they helped

I got contact lenses from Vision Express and they've been really good on the customer service side of things. Absolutely piss poor when it comes to glasses though.
