Well....the wife picked the car up at 17.00 hrs. Walk in, smarmy sales man says 'Have you calmed down now?'
I stroll in 'No need for patronising sarcasm, you're lucky you've still got the business...'
Get the car home. Interior is scuffed in places, turn the lights on, and one of the fucking fog lights comes on. Not both just one.
Taking it back tomorrow. Letter off to Seat aswell.
It's not Seat I'm angry with, it's motorpark and their customer service.

It's difficult because a new car is needed. Her 13 year old one is due it's MOT/Tax shortly. It's a good deal she's getting (Only £199 pm), but it's the poor customer service more than anything.

Found out that this is called Fog light cornering system. When you turn in a direction one of the fog lights comes on dependant on the way you turn. Thanks for telling us that. I never knew something like that existed!! |
