All Halifax adverts.
Especially the one which is on at the moment. What are they supposed to be doing, a radio show? I can't decide which of the two bints is more annoying. The cross eyed one on the left or the I'm going to have a jiggle whilst telling the cross eyed one on the left to turn the volume of the music up or down one on the right.

Still the council... their mistake means I have a day to fork out nearly £750 or go to court. Turns out just ignoring shit loads of my complaints and refusing to take any responsibility means they win. Gaaaaaaaaaah!!

Have you got proof that you've done what you were supposed to do?

They cancelled aour direct debit for no reason meaning we missed a month (which we paid instantly over the phone), then they lost our new direct debit mandate so we missed the next month, only this time we got no pink reminder so didn't notice. Another month passes and we get a shitty letter saying we have lost our right to installments. We're all up to date, but they won't budge... and its our word against theirs - they claim to have never received our dd form.
Gay.

go to court and sue them for your wasted time after it gets thrown out by the judge.

What arriba said.
Get some proof from your bank that it was SBC who cancelled your DD then just turn up at court, present it to the judge and make SBC look like a bunch of twats.

Again, SBC.. Sending me 5 letters at the same time telling me they've overpaid my rent and I owe them £980 Even with the dates they've mentioned, it don't add up to that amout and I have no idea why its overpaid Bastards, leaves me more than mildly annoyed. Oh, and my mate running up a £250+ phone bill when its on my account (his phone but in my name), and Vodafone cutting me off because of it

Wearing shorts when it's raining actually makes a lot of sense....skin is waterproof, most material isn't. Wearing denim when it's raining is really silly, as it soaks up the water and takes ages to dry...
