I pay a lot of money to get English Sausages, good ones.  Richmond are vile.  Having said that, I do like American Hot Dog Sausages (I just avoid reading the ingredients).

I'm concerned you haven't been taking your sausages seriously. I'd imagine up north there are some pretty good bangers.

TBH don't eat much meat these days, and even fewer sausages, obviously we have the Cumberland ring which is very popular round here.

My first job in IT was working in the computer center for Harris’ in Calne.
One of the systems held the recipes for all sorts of products including sausages. Don’t really remember it but never stopped me from eating them Smiley

They make pretty decent meat free sausages - years of experience with the "meat" versions I suppose!

100%, but their vegan sausages are the best I've tried! Haven't found a vegan bacon that doesn't taste like Frazzles

Definitely. And their sausages are tremendous as well. Their chicken is a bit shit though.

It does taste like Frazzles though. I just like Frazzles.
