Yeah I know, but they are supposed to be finished end of the week and I imagine it will take longer than that for old bill to even come out. Edit - Council have come back to me and confirmed its an old bill issue, directed me to Old bill website and on there I literally cannot find a way of reporting it or a number to call bar 999!! |

Car parking with app is good if you don't know how long you'll be. Choose the shortest time and top up each hour or so. However I recently visited Dorset and the app pushes fucking parking insurance each time you use it. Fucking parasites.

When I had a similar situation (I'd cancelled the card and moved to another provider) I contacted the card company and explained. They arranged for the money to be transferred from the cancelled card account to an account of my choice. |
