Jeez. Really. Try & turf them out of the window if spotted & captured in the bedroom. Otherwise not that bothered. Daddy longlegs are a different matter & tend to get splatted with a rolled up newspaper or magazine. Not seen many of them around yet.

Just comparing the well oiled machine of getting the covid booster today, followed by a 40min plus wait for a bus home after deciding not to drive.
All well & good the upcoming shiny new bus boulevard but a waste of time if there aren't going to be enough bus drivers.

I got bitten by a shark in the sea in Cuba but punched it and it swam away.
True story.
Blimey - where did it bite you?

DIV's prompt action at least saved the shark from a severe bout of indigestion.

On the side. …it was a baby shark and no more than about 10 inches long and probably didn’t have teeth but it just felt like there was something suctioned onto my side. Didn’t pierce the skin or anything …but the story sound a lot more grandiose without the above details

You’d think I’d know better at my age. Had way too much to drink last night.
Uncle Huey came calling.

To this day a shark roams the Atlantic with a faint idea of who Gordon Greer is and why it was stupid to sell him.

Let's hope sport is not affected but it does make you wonder what the future is long term for the BBC corporation as many people I know wouldn't be fussed if it disappeared.
