We’ve just put our house here up for sale. Trying to sell privately first to avoid estate agent fees of 3%.
Christ, there’s some right loons replying.

‘Can I pay in instalments?’
And, despite stating we have no garden ‘Is there room to put a pool in?’
Got another viewing at 4.30 today. Hope it’s someone normal.
Agent fee of 3% is steep in Greece. Are you looking to come back to the UK as you previously mentioned property was much cheaper in France. |

All agents do is put the details on rightmove etc and quickly show somebody around unless they are bury and ask if you can do the viewing yourself. I'm talking through experience! |
