The diversion route (Drakes Way) for the Gypsy lane road works has now got 2 lanes closed for road works Thanks for the lack of information Roll Eyes

Got stuck in that yesterday evening. It took nearly 40 minutes to get through Drakes Way.

I think it was a burst pipe, but as usual Thames Water repairs the leak and then you have to wait a week for their contractors to fill the hole!

If that's the actual car and not a shitty Adver-staged reproduction, that driver needs to lose their licence.  Blow Up

Bad beer.

If you were poured a shit pint, would you take it back? Many don't but I fid last night. It was a pale ale, and was fizzy. I took it back and was told it was supposed to be like that. No love, I said, it's a pale ale not a lager. Her other excuse was it was a craft beer. Shit excuses, just give me a decent pint.

Always.  Especially if it's one of the say first 3, after that might not notice so much.  If you're in a place such as one of these burgeoning small specialist places, ask for a taster.

I always take back a pint if I think its a bad one, not cleaning pipes, end of barrel etc.

You can usually tell if its a bad un with a sip and I have never been refused one being changed if it is bad.

If you just don't like it then thats a different matter.

Yep and I have.

Close family member was a landlord for a number of years. I went to the various pubs in they had for weekends when I was single. Learnt the ropes in cellar work and tricks of the trade and how to keep a good pint of real ale. So I reckon I know a good one from a bad one.

I just drink it and move onto the next one.

Will ask for a pint to be topped up if there is too much head.
Good bar staff normally recognise that and sort it out.

I loved Branco.

He will forever be a legend, even if only for that forearm smash against Flint.
