Wales & West Utilities?  They were involved when our pipes feeding the house needed changing a few years back.

Not sure, British Gas have to notify someone to change it, just not sure who that is. I know when I get a spare hour or two to ring them up they won’t have done it in spite of me asking about a month ago.

It might be National Grid, I know we had a gas supply installed here a few months back and they did all the infrastructure work, now at present we don't actually have a meter installed as we don't have the cooker or boiler needing it fitted yet so may be in the same position as you shortly?

When our electric meter was changed last year our supplier (Eon) did the work (and the guy who fitted it just rang them up whilst he was doing it to give them the new meter number) and then we immediately moved over to a new supplier, it was all a bit awkward as our electrician had moved the supply and meter but thankfully no one noticed.

I wonder whether BG are just being awkward bastards, in the first instance I would kick off with them and copy the regulator into everything as seems to focus minds.

It annoys me when you buy something in a shop and they give you your change by balancing the coins on top of the note. Happened today, as I moved away the coins rolled off in different directions. Then I nearly dropped my shopping trying to pick the coins up. I looked a right dick  Smiley

Attention seeking cunt.

He did a good thing but it's not as though he ran into a burning building or something. Somebody that can swim jumping into water? Great, mate, what do you want, a fucking medal?

Oh, wait. He probably does.

And the 'it ruined my holiday' crap. Fuck off.

If it were me I'd just treat myself to a well-earned pint.

What a knob.

When i was in Thailand with the missus we were kayaking in the sea. All of a sudden we notice two girls maybe 11 get hit by a wave and cap size. The waves are getting choppy and they are struggling so i channel my inner David Hasselhof and jump in to help out. I get one into our kayak and the missus takes her to shore, the other one i've got to hold onto the capsized kayak whilst i'd swimming it to shore...it's sounds a lot more dramatic than it was but in terms of a reward?

I was happy with the pint their dad bought me as a thank you.
