'Sold' our house nearly 4 weeks ago, only to find the buyers pulled out today as they found another property! What a pain in the arse!

Did Dentalcare confirm it would be NHS Sippo?  I only ask, because I go there and had an appt this morning.  I noticed a sign up in reception saying they aren't currently taking on new NHS patients, only private ones.

Sorry about the house sale as well.  Exactly the same happened to my friend a few weeks ago with a cash buyer.  They pulled out on the day of exchange though!

People who insist on telling you about the "incredible" dream they had the previous night.

They are never interesting, even remotely, ever, not even once.

My wife is a particular fan.

I presume so. Gave them my NI number. Appointment tmrw so will see.

Sold the house again. First viewing within two hours. £1000 more. 100% cash buyers.

I wonder if you can insist on a non returnable deposit?

I feel your pain, We sold our house 4 times before it finally went through. There was nothing wrong with the house, it was all either unable to get the mortgage or change of heart.

Cracked my tooth yesterday.

Haven't been to the dentist for 15 or so years as I bloody hate them.

Found an NHS dentist, but I can't book an appointment until I have been in to fill out a form.

So frustrating!

Man up. Far easier an hours drilling than toothache or having to have all your teeth taken out at 40 at the cost of 11 grand due to gum disease after being scared of the dentist. (not me but someone I'm related to)

Never understood that. "I don't like dentists" nobody does! I go cos I want to look after my teeth not cos I fancy a day out  :gay:

I'm inclined to agree, you can't have it all ways? Never go then suddenly get a 1st class service when you need one?

I've been up all night with the shits - and I don't mean the 82ers!

Suppose it's better than not getting up and having the shits.

I've got a mate who works at a fruit n veg wholesaler. He's been basically nocturnal for the last 20 years. No idea how anyone does it.

I made it on time (ish).

Let's hope this upgrade goes ok because I doubt I'll have the wherewithal to fix it if anything goes wrong.
