My IBS has flared up massively in the last month. Can hardly eat anything. Annoying as fuck!!
If you haven't been to the docs, make sure you do. My sister-in-law suffered with what she thought was IBS for years, that was until she was diagnosed with bowel cancer at the age of 28. Thankfully she's on the road to recovery, but bowel cancer is extremely common in young people. |

I agree that its annoying, and I'm a regular road runner. I like to think most of us go with the rule that as we are moving faster, its our job to get out of the way. I will always jump down off the pavement if safe to do so, or slow down to ensure everyone can pass safely. I accept that not all do.
To be fair Baggins a lot of runners are quiet courteous and think the same way as you. Again, like cyclists, its the minority that grind my gears. Do you think that just staying indoors might be a good idea?  I think you are onto something!! I have thought of something else, that happened to me last weekend - When I am queuing at a bar, if I knowingly see that I have been served before someone who has been waiting longer than me, I will tell the barstaff that he/she is to be served first. Last Sunday it was almost as if I was invisible and people were literally elbowing me out of the way to get served before me, even though I had been waiting for ages. |

Having to give up beans as they give me IBS. Thought the cause was curry or cider for a while which would have made me suicidal had it been.
To bean or not to bean. That is the question? Regarding cider, I can't even have a glass of it without being in absolute agony for a few days after. You get used to lager after a while. |

Seems to be a fairly average length prison term for this type of crime, Jonathan King got 7 years, Max Clifford 8 years, Stuart Hall 5 years. The sentences are far too lenient IMO and we all know they will be let out at half their prison term. 7 Years should mean they serve 7 years. |
