There's only one way to deal with a crazy bitch and that's cut them out of your life/completely ignore them and never look back. Anything else you do will only prolong the shit. Both of you need to block her, unfriending isn't good enough as she can still look your profiles up - out of sight and out of mind is the best strategy.
Your mrs should let her browse the shop to her heart's content. She'll soon get bored of doing that when she doesn't get any attention or reaction.

Dorcan way petrol station's pay at the pump use the ghost payment system, so they put a hold on £70 on your card & once you have finished they are supposed to release anything that you don't use but they are slow at taking the release off, i once waited for 2 days for them to release the money. |
