Quantum of Solace.

Shit film, not Bond like in the slightest. I'd go as far as to say it's the worst of the lot...

But casino royale was pretty good

Question of Sport is easily the shittiest Bond film, without doubt. Casino Royale and Skyfall are right up there with the best in the series though!

Not a massive fan of either to be honest. Although I have only seen Skyfall the once so far...

Over rated, both of them...

No Football League Show. AGAIN!  Crash
This shouldn't be a surprise anymore, as it is never on on FA Cup weekend.

The twat about 2ft behind me in a white c1 today en route to chippenham. It was very wet and 50mph was plenty,  especially with a queue of traffic in front of me. If you ploughed into the back of me I probably would have had a little chat with you, if you think that your car was some kind of hot rod then I think you need to have a word with yourself. My car would have whooped you just using 2 gears if that's what floats your boat- why is it always people in cars with little power that tailgate me?  I'm 43, not a Fucking no neck twat!

Similar experience today on me way to (and from...) Salisbury. The roads are fucking atrocious atm, driving all up my arse in a 60 when I'm doing 50/40/30 because of the conditions and then overtaking past a school in a 20 is just not fucking on. I know it's sunday, but fucking still.

Beer prices. We have hardly been in the legends lounge this season as we're having to make sacrifices for this Florida holiday, however, my wife works with one of the bar staff , who had noticed they'd not seen us much. Wife mentioned the holiday situation and this person said that Peroni had gone up to £4.20 for a pint! Sorry Lee me old muckka you'll not see us in the LL this season, in fact next season either.

Also in this conversation was how empty looking the LL is. Is this because of the prices or because the TE has a bar? I know places like the Goddards charge a similar amount if not slightly more for Peroni but the LL is hardly an upmarket bar (could argue the Goddards is not) or a hot bed of totty where the leering mob will pay anything to be in a cattle market.

I think they are highly regulated on their licence due to the football (police and local councils still see football fans as hooligans) and have to be very careful about having prices too low.  Seem to remember them mentioning this as a reason they couldn't really do price promos on drinks to entice people in on matchdays.
£4.20 for Peroni is a little below average though.

I like peroni but I wouldn't pay over £4 for a pint of beer. Rather have a couple at home for a fraction of the cost.

Peroni is a decent lager but is expensive just about everywhere. £4.20 isn't that bad IMO.

Peroni is a premium lager. So can demand a premium price. If you don't like paying what it costs, drink something like piss poor fosters or carling.
