children are annoying and loud and should be sat indoors glued to their playstation or xbox instead of running around outside having fun
Saw a young lad yesterday with his mum, printed on his shirt was " Stay in or stay out " Every parent must of said that to their young child at least once !

Er, yes. If baby has a son in twenty plus years then Harry is pushed down the line, so to speak.

Harry will also be pushed further down the line if William and Kate have another...

I know others have answered already, but using that logic Andrew and Chinless would be ahead of Wills impressed the queue.

Know I shouldn't let it get to me, but the fawning tone of coverage from the BBC and others is really getting up my nose now.  Rolling news coverage lends itself to a disaster, but not this.  We don't need elderly 'courtiers' beaming in to the camera telling everyone what perfect parents Will and Kate are going to be.  And of course they looked 'relaxed'...because, like it or not, their experience of parenthood is not going yo be as physically demanding as most people's.  Consecutive sleepless nights?  I don't think so.

Most people's reaction to the baby news goes as far as 'That's nice.'  Wish the coverage would reflect that.  I'm turning slightly republican this morning.

People who complain about kids when they are just being, well, kids.  Context is everything of course, but we were all children once and they do make some noise.  My kids are very well behaved in public (most of the time) and if they overstep the boundary then, believe me, they know it - but some people still seem to subscribe to the "seen and not heard" theory.  They are children.  They make noise.  That's life.

Finding a plaster(used) in my chicken doner kebab.

Just been catching up on this thread having been in and out of the country or otherwise too busy for the last few weeks.  I chuckled heartily at .  There should definitely be a special thread where TEFers can recount stories of being attacked by birds, wasps and hornets.

Not to mention windscreen wash/wipers!
