No, it's pretty routine. It means he's been charged by the police, but those charges were not formally put to him to enter a plea of guilty/not guilty to at this hearing. Sounds like it was an early administration hearing to postpone the case and/or set a date for a further hearing, pending a trial date/further investigation/whatever. |
